Job Description
- Make Outbound Calls to remind delinquent accounts about their overdue payments.
- Establish connections with potential customers to ensure recoveries.
- To ensure payment dues are collected
Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least SPM/”A” Level/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Required skill(s): Negotiations, Customer Service and Sales.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and local dialects.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Full-Time positions available.
